Bio: Mohan is one of the founding partners in Sankaran & Nazeera. Mohan started his legal career with Messrs GK Ganesan in Kuala Lumpur, specializing civil, commercial and criminal litigation. As a general litigation firm Mohan had the privilege of acquiring and mastering most disciplines of the law, particularly, civil and commercial litigation, criminal litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency; building and construction law; conveyance and property law; banking, finance and securities; company and commercial law; corporate law; probate; family law; employment law; immigration matters; arbitration matters; insurance law and MVA claims. Mohan is and has always been actively involved in various social and charitable causes and an ardent social and human rights activist.
