Bio: Caroline has international management experience in Asia, North Africa and the Middle East in human rights law, government relations, refugee policy and investigative research. She holds a Bachelor of Laws LL.B (Hons.) and a Masters’ of Arts degree in International Relations. Caroline has served UNHCR for ten years in various protection capacities in urban and refugee camp settings in Malaysia, Nepal, Libya, Iraq, Egypt and Pakistan most recently as Head of the Protection Unit in UNHCR Kuala Lumpur.
