Ms. Liezl Parajas leads the multi-jurisdictional Defending Digital Privacy Rights in Southeast Asia (DDP) and judicial independence component of the  East Asia Program. She has also led portfolios on indigenous peoples’ rights, and the broad programs of access to justice and rule of law

Ms. Parajas is a qualified attorney in the Philippines. She received her LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Hong Kong. She holds Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
