Kelvin manages Pro Bono SG’s legal literacy and education programmes, which are thoughtfully curated to meet the needs of the public, volunteer lawyers, and community organisations. His portfolio includes overseeing key initiatives such as the Law Awareness Weeks @ CDC (LAW@CDC), an annual nationwide legal awareness campaign in collaboration with the five Community Development Councils (CDCs) and the People’s Association (PA). He also manages the CLAS Training Programme, an annual training initiative for volunteer lawyers under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS), and the Charities Lean Forward series in partnership with the Office of the Commissioner of Charities.
Additionally, Kelvin manages the Volunteer Capability Building Series (VolCapBSeries) and the Social Service Capability Building Series (SSCapBSeries), both designed to enhance the legal competencies of volunteer lawyers and the social service sector. His role also extends to various community outreach activities, including roadshows and legal talks.
