Head of the Administration  – Mongolian Bar Association

Mr. Jolbars is involved in developing, organizing legislative review in different areas of laws and is a lead organizer, key player for Mongolian lawyers’ collaboration, partnership in working together to develop legal sector as he leads working group for the organization of the professional examination of lawyers which is organized annually by the Mongolian Bar Association, the Lawyers’ Congress, the lawyer’s Pro-bono day, the Lawyers’ annual ceremony femida event. Mr Jolbars effectively coordinate all Committees of the MBA and initiate projects and oversee project implementation as well as day to day activities of the association. Various events hosted by members of the MBA is organized in annual basis or adhoc basis and Mr. Jolbars connects different stakeholders to support and join efforts to bring better result and sustainable impact to the society.
