Bob Mittelstaedt is a trial lawyer based in San Francisco. During a career spanning 45 years and counting, he has tried high stakes human rights, antitrust, criminal, intellectual property and other jury cases. He has been designated a California litigator of the year and one of the top 100 lawyers in California. His pro bono career has focused on police brutality and human trafficking. Before graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1973, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer on a small coral atoll in Micronesia.
