Bio: Kasthuri attained an Honors Degree in Law (LLB) from the prestigious University of London in 1995 and was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10 th April 1999. She obtained Master in Laws (LLM) from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur on 10 th Sept 2011. Kasthuri’s areas and specialties are civil rights litigation, child rights, child adoption, custody of child, insurance claims, divorce, matrimonial & domestic disputes, property transactions & general conveyancing services.She is a certified mediator and member of Association of Women Lawyers Malaysia (AWL Malaysia). Furthermore, she has worked with NGOs to raise awareness and protect child rights. Kasthuri is also a frequent speaker and trainer on issues such as domestic violence, child rights, family law, real estate.
