 Senior Advocate Khagendra Prasad Adhikari is the President of Supreme Court Bar Association. He holds  LL.M from Purbanchal University of Nepal and has experience of 35 years of law practice at Supreme Court and all other courts of Nepal. He is one of the Senior Member of one of the largest law firm of the country, DYAD Law Firm. Senior Advocate Adhikari has represented large scale litigation and is also the constitutional and human rights expert of the country and has advised on complex legal issues apart from advising various governmental departments and ministries.

He has represented in multiple constitutional litigation in the Supreme Court and has conducted multiple trainings for Nepal Bar Association and other civil society in legal matters. He has been the Speaker in various conferences and contributes articles and interview in various journals.
