Mr. Mao Kimpav holds LL.B from Faculty of Law and Public Affairs (FLPA), Pannasastra University of Cambodia. He completed his LL.M Courses Major International Human Rights Law at FLPA. Kimpav is the first Cambodian student awarded scholarship for doing Exchange Study at Keio University Law School for his LL.M Program, Japan, September 2018-March 2019. While he was a LL.B student, he was an active student in serving Pro-Bono in his community. He involved with Pro-Bono and CLEP program since 2014. He was invited to be a panelist for discussion on the panel of the student experience in Pro-Bono Conference in Singapore 2014 and Mandalay, Myanmar 2015. Currently, he is serving as the Manager of Law Programs and Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Public Affairs.
