Dr. Billah teaches law at Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He holds a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington. Dr. Billah closely works with Dhaka based ELCOP and helps to groom human rights lawyers. His research interest includes constitutionalism, legal history, law and literature and poverty law.
