Dr.Ida Bagus Surya Dharna Jaya, SH., MH. Was born in Denpasar,  05 July 1962. Bachelor  of law graduate from Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University in 1986;  Magister of Law  (the Criminal Justice System)  graduate from  Program Pasca sarjana  University of Indonesia   in 1997, Short courses on European Human Rights at the Faculty of Law Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2007, and doctoral in law  graduate from Doctoral  Program, Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University in 2012. He is a senior Criminal law lecture in Faculty of Law Universitas  Udayana and now as  the  Chairman of the Criminal Law Departement. Beside that he is the Presidium Indonesian Network on Clinical Legal Education (INCLE). He published some books : Criminal Law Material and Formal,  Published in cooperation with USAID, The Asia Foundation and Partnership (2014); Sustainable Tourism and Law, with the headline" The ralation Between Foreign Tourist's Visit and The Level of Narcotics Crime in Bali and Its Prevention ". The book is written by Indonesian author, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, with the title of The Hague The Netherlands, 2012; Anthology Indonesian Legal Thought. Udayana University Press, 2014 ; Textbook of Clinical and Clinical Manual of Criminal Law. USAID and  The Asia Foundation  2015. He participated in comparative study about clinical legal education to 5 (five) Universities in Washington D.C. (2015) and he has participated in Clinical Legal Education Conference  and ToT in Anadolu University in Turkey (2015).
