Kate Donnelly

Kate is in her final year of a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology. She is a passionate advocate for climate justice and refugee rights and a keen photographer. As a 2016 Australian government New Colombo Plan scholar, Kate has spent this year studying in Fiji and working with civil society organisations in Tuvalu. Last year, Kate participated in a short term legal clinic placement with the Office of Attorney General in Bhutan, working with local prosecutors to increase knowledge and use of the Domestic Violence Prevention Act of Bhutan.
