Sam Lynch
Law Student at Queensland University of Technology
Sam Lynch is currently completing his final year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Media Communications at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). In 2016 Sam undertook an externship with BABSEA on the Clinical Legal Education (CLE) project in Myanmar. As part of this project, Sam used interactive teaching methods to tutor both university students and academic staff about issues around access to justice and ethical legal practice. In 2015 Sam was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the QUT Law Society - Australia’s largest law student society. Sam has previously worked as a Paralegal in Employment and Industrial Relations law for one of Australia’s leading social justice law firms. He recently worked as a staffer to the Federal Leader of the Opposition during the 2016 Federal Election.
