The founder and executive director of Human Rights Law Center Boda, an independent human rights advocacy organization. Team leader of International Labour Team of Minbyun-Lawyers for a Democratic Society, a nationwide lawyers NGO with UN consultative status. The field of practice includes migrant workers' rights, anti-discrimination, and international solidarity. Recent activies inculde coordination of the country visit of UN Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism (2014), and attendance of the UN CERD (2012), International Labour Conference (2013-2016), UN Human Rights Council (2015) as a delegate.
